Rail Trail- Master Plan

In 2008, Manchester Moves commissioned a Rail Trail Master Plan to assist the City of Manchester in its Rail Trail Development efforts. This plan has been the guiding plan for Manchester’s Rail Trails.

The City of Manchester has articulated the vision of a connected Rail Trail system since 2009.
